Felipe Ehrenberg México, 1943-2017

Ehrenberg became a painter, sculptor and printmaker under the tutelage of masters like Matthías Goeritz and José Chávez Morado. Photographer, chronicler, archivist, teacher, politician, diplomat, editor, actor, organizer, tireless traveler, he is a neologista: a living work of art. Founder of the prestigious publisher Beau Geste Press and co-participant in the Fluxus movement during his stay in England (1968-1976), the artist deals with key issues of postmodernity, related to the construction of national identity. Questions the information system, bureaucratic and institutional, and, above all, the image of his own country.
