Born in Rio de Janeiro in 2001, he begins his career in painting at the age of six, at EAV-Parque Lage, where he holds his first group exhibition. He obtained 1st place in Art History at UERJ and Painting at UFRJ, where he currently studies, and holds his first solo exhibition at Galeria Macunaíma in 2019, the year in which he is now represented exclusively by the marchand Victor Valery (VANDL ART). Between

2020 and 2022, his solo exhibition "Choro" circulated through São Paulo, at Galeria b_arco, and at MAC Niterói, being the youngest artist to occupy the museum's main hall. His work is part of collections such as the MAC Niterói and the Centro Cultural da Diversidade in São Paulo.

In his work, Antonio Kuschnir uses painting and drawing to represent the plurality of sensations that permeate the existence of the human being and its unfoldings in art. His graduation in Painting provides technical knowledge and a deep research on social issues in art, with which the artist intends to raise reflections on the theme. Kuschnir produces paintings that seek, in their pictorial representation, the investigation of the complexity of human relationships and emotions, from their most subjective aspects to representations of an idealized collective imaginary.
