Galática: Érica Bohm

The “Galáctica” series seeks to explore new ways of interacting with light and time. The investigation into mental landscapes and science fiction scenes connects with research into the light emitted by different astronomical phenomena and the time it takes for that light to reach Earth.

The artist constructs a fictional narrative through a series of chapters that revolve around astronomy, science, literature, science fiction cinema, and time travel—all of which are also linked to the concepts of parallelism, anachronism, and the multiplicity of time.
