  • Baró Abu Dhabi and O-Contemporary are pleased to announce their participation in Art Dubai 2025 with a vibrant presentation titled Gravitational Conversations.

    Featuring works by Joana Vasconcelos (b. 1971, Portugal), Bruno Novelli (b. 1980, Brazil), Assume Vivid Astro Focus (founded by Eli Sudbrack, b. 1968, Brazil), Elías Crespin (b. 1965, Venezuela), Eduardo Kac (b. 1962, Brazil),Abdus Salaam (b. 1989, South Africa), Tamara Kalo (b. 1994, Lebanon), Rasheed Araeen (b. 1935, Pakistan), and Jiri Georg Dokoupil (b. 1954, Czech Republic) and  Latifa Saeed      (b. 1985, Dubai, UAE).



    The curated selection explores the interplay between form, movement, and color through a range of diverse and experimental artistic practices. Each artist offers a unique perspective on gravity, motion, and chromatic expression, contributing to a dialogue that transcends disciplines and cultural traditions. While some engage directly with gravity—embedding its presence in kinetic and structural works—others challenge its force through bold, dynamic compositions that evoke suspension, fluidity, and weightlessness.
