We’re excited to announce that Untitled The Line by Rasheed Araeen is now part of London Sculpture Week, celebrating The Line’s 10th anniversary with a vibrant new public installation in East London. Visitors can experience this striking sculpture along The Line at Bromley-by-Bow from now through Sunday, September 28, 2025, as London Sculpture Week transforms the city into an open-air gallery of contemporary art.
This site-specific work features the artist’s signature diagonally supported open cubes, built from painted steel and drawing on Araeen’s roots as a civil engineer in Karachi, Pakistan, before his move to London in the 1960s. The multicoloured geometric sculpture can now be seen at Bromley-by-Bow, a neighbourhood in East London, as part of the public art trail The Line.
