We are proud to announce mounir fatmi’s participation in the 8th Chengdu Biennale, "Pulse of Life," curated by Guillaume de Sardes at the Chengdu Art Museum. Running through early 2026, this landmark international exhibition features two of fatmi’s major installations: Skyline, a site-specific architectural sculpture crafted from VHS cassettes that reimagines the Chengdu cityscape, and The Monuments, a series of porcelain hard hats paying tribute to global thinkers like Gilles Deleuze and Sun Wu. These works bridge the gap between architectural construction and intellectual fragility, anchoring fatmi’s position as a vital voice in contemporary global dialogue.
