mounir fatmi presents Fragments of Invisible Space, a solo exhibition at Sharjah Art Museum, on view from October 7 to November 15, 2026. The exhibition takes place during the 12th Sharjah Calligraphy Biennial, organized by the Sharjah Department of Culture under the theme Mizan (Balance). The Biennial brings together artists and calligraphers from around the world in exhibitions held across cultural venues in Sharjah. Born in Tangier, Morocco, in 1970, mounir fatmi works across installation, video, sculpture and drawing. His practice interrogates systems of language, technology and ideology.
